Telephone Talking Points CD/Binders—
The Telephone Talking
Points are a tool designed for the specific
purpose of helping your volunteer counselors
(and staff) have important information right at
their fingertips. There are 12 pages of
information (see below). Because so much
of the information is center-specific, this tool
comes in template form on a CD. You have
the ability to add and delete information as you
see fit, for your center’s specific needs.
With easy to follow, step-by-step instructions,
customizing the Talking Points is easy!
Simply make the corrections and print out the
pages. The CD is $20 (plus 10% shipping
and handling) and you are free to print out as
many Telephone Talking Points as your center
needs. We recommend putting the Talking
Points in an easel binder so that it can stand
up by the telephones and is easily accessible.
The binders, with the tab dividers (as seen in
the picture) are available for $15 each.
