LifeChoices accepts many forms of donation, including cash, check, credit card, and in-kind donations. You may mail your donation to or drop it off at 531 E. 7th St, Joplin, MO 64801. Thank you for your support.

• If you would like to have us set up a monthly recurring donation for you, please click on the "Download Online Giving Form" link, print the form, and mail or fax it to us at LifeChoices.

• If your donation is $100 or more, and you would like to apply for the Missouri Pregnancy Resource Center tax credit, please click "Download Tax Credit Form," fill it out, print it out and mail or fax it to us at LifeChoices.

Each woman who comes into LifeChoices and chooses to parent her child receives a gift basket of new baby items upon the birth of her child.  For many women, the gifts given by LifeChocies are the only new items she may receive for her child.  We accept donations of the following items in all sizes and brands (as long as they are new and unused):
